Royal Mail Group is considering proposals to redevelop its 7.5-acre (3ha) central London sorting office at Mount Pleasant into a 1.1m sq ft (102,1909 sq m) mixed-use scheme.
Mount Pleasant, which was built in 1887, is the Royal Mail’s main processing centre in London, situated on Farringdon Road between Holborn and King’s Cross.
