Liberty Properties has signed clinical development firm PRA International to a speculative 15,000 sq ft office building at the £30m Matrix Business Park, Swansea.
It will take the first of five L-shaped buildings on the 12- acre Matrix Park, which when complete will offer 190,000 sq ft of space.
PRA joins global IT corporation EDS which occupies a 45,000 sq ft building.
Liberty Properties development director Scott Gibbs said, “When we started Matrix Park it was all about bringing highly skilled jobs to a high-tech development and we are delighted to have achieved this with the first two lettings.
“Due to the high level of interest in the development, we are about to commit to commencing the third phase, Gamma House, which will provide a further 45,000 sq ft of premium office accommodation at Matrix Park.”
