Grosvenor has signed up Odeon to provide the leisure element of Liverpool One.
Odeon has agreed to open a 14-screen multiplex with seating for 3,000 at the centre of the development. John Lewis will anchor the shopping section.
Liverpool One is its £900m mixed-use regeneration project in Liverpool city centre which is due to be completed in 2008.
