Kenmore has sold its long leasehold interest in the Junction 8 Business Park in Ellesmere Port, Merseyside, to Royal London Exempt Property Unit Trust for £8.4m.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 6.26%.
Kenmore, in joint venture with UK Select Property Fund, acquired the industrial park in 2003 and instigated a major refurbishment programme.
The scheme comprises 28 units with tenants including the Post Office, the Plumb Centre and MFI Properties.
It is situated off the M53, close to the junction with the M56.
