Logistics company TNT is close to signing for more than 1m sq ft of distribution space in Yorkshire to support Danish furniture retailer Ilva’s move into the UK.
TNT is set to take 650,000 sq ft at Sladen Aston’s warehouse redevelopment at Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, and a 385,000 sq ft shed at Melton near Hull.
