Slough Estates has revealed its plans for a £20m speculative industrial development in Birmingham.
The developer will build a 235,000 sq ft shed on the 10.5-acre former Delta manufacturing site in Argyle St, close to Spaghetti Junction.
Slough declined to confirm the price paid for the site, but local agents suggest around £3m.
The deal is one of the largest releases of industrial land in Birmingham this year.
The development is due for completion in 2006.
DTZ acted for Delta, and Jones Lang LaSalle for Slough.
