DTZ has hired a director from CB Richard Ellis as part of a reorganisation of its Corporate Real Estate Management team.
David Jones was previously an executive director within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services team.
He will now take over responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of DTZ’s rival team from head Jonathan Turner.
Turner will focus on key client relationships, on winning new accounts and building the business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
DTZ’s CREM team advises companies including Hewlett Packard, Pfizer, Telewest, Deloitte, HSBC, Nationwide Building Society, GSK and RAC (now part of Aviva), and government departments as the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
Jones has advised corporates including IBM, ExxonMobil (Esso), Dell, Lehman Brothers, Nortel Networks, Citigroup and Barclays Bank.
