London & Regional has sold the 13 Accor-operated hotels it put up for sale in May.
Tritax, which buys assets and then sells then down to private investors, paid around £71m for the portfolio, a 5.75% yield.
The portfolio is made up of 12 Ibis hotels, Accor’s two-star brand, and one 69-bedroom Etap, the group’s one-star offering. They include the 51-bedroom Ibis Coventry South hotel and 159-bedroom Ibis in central Birmingham.
