Parkdean Holidays says it is in continuing takeover talks and has appointed Charles Stanley to handle an auction.
It said it had “a number of preliminary approaches” following Grainger Trust’s abortive approach for the owner of 20 caravan parks.
Parkdean bought five parks last year.
