Orbit Developments has announced a number of lettings at its Aintree Business Park on Merseyside, as well as the purchase of a further building at the site.
Builders merchant Omnico Plastics has taken a ten-year lease on a 5,360 sq ft trade counter unit, while Brandon Tool Hire has taken a similar amount of space in an adjoining unit on the same terms.
Quay Plastics has also taken a unit, taking the total space let to 13,345 sq ft.
Dennis Dwyer, director of Orbit Developments, said: “It is rewarding to see national operators now choosing Aintree as a location for their business expansion.”
Orbit has also purchased the 80,000 sq ft Aintree Building immediately bordering its site boundary.
It is to be refurbished in order to add to the range of unit sizes on offer.
Irving Rice and Hitchcock Wright & Partners are joint agents for the site.
