The European headquarters of SC Johnson is to be redeveloped by John Madejksi’s Sackville Property Developments.
Sackville bought the 12-acre Milton Park, on Stroude Road in Egham, Surrey, from the Mr Muscle manufacturer for around £5m.
It has been the European home of the US-based, family-owned company since 1979 and comprises the main Manor House, outbuildings and two homes.
Sackville and SC Johnson have jointly submitted plans for a replacement office scheme.
A decision is expected this summer and development could start in January, after SC Johnson’s move to Frimley Green, Surrey.
