Kenmore Developments has two new directors as it decides to divide the development side of the business on a regional basis.
Martin Roe has been appointed development director for Scotland and the North, working out of Kenmore’s Edinburgh headquarters.
Roe joins from student accommodation specialist the Unite Group, and will soon be joined by Stuart Seaton from developer AWG, who will be made associate director.
Kenmore has also appointed Dan Williams as development director for the South and Midlands. Williams joins from Security Holdings in Dublin.
Kenmore is considering the appointment of an associate director for Midlands, who will report the London office.
Kenmore director Andrew White, who heads up the UK side of the business, commented: “We already divide the investment side of the business on a regional basis, the development side is a lumpier business, but we have decided that the easiest way to handle things is for the London office to handle the South and Edinburgh the North.”
Kenmore promoted its European director Robert Brook to managing director in early March.
The Edinburgh appointments are among a number of moves within the city’s property world.
Peter Young is leaving Savills, where he was an associate director, to link up with developer Joint Properties.
Also making the move into the developer world is Mark Phelan, who is joining Kilmartin from Buccleuth Estates.
