Designer developer Yoo has teamed up with Kevin Linfoot’s York-based KW Linfoot to build its first residential project in the UK for eight years.
Yoo has won consent for the £40m Manor Mills 280 flats at the southern periphery of Holbeck Urban Village, which is one of the regeneration areas of Leeds city centre.
Completion of the scheme is planned for early 2008.
