Southshore Developments have released new images of their £45m Baltic Place scheme on the Newcastle Gateshead Quays.
Southshore, a jv between Robertson Property Ltd and City & Northern, is developing 131, 000 sq ft of office space on the site of the former Kelvin Works Foundry.
Baltic Place will consist of two eleven-storey tower blocks linked by a shared entrance foyer and underground car park.
Negotiations over the inclusion of a 120-room hotel continue.
Work, by contractors Mowlem, is expected to be complete by summer 2008.
DTZ are marketing agents for the office development.
