Bolton developer Charles Topham Group has revealed plans for a 46,000 sq ft speculative office scheme in the Greater Manchester town.
The five-unit scheme, known as Springfield Court, will be built alongside the new Renault dealership on Manchester Road, which will open this summer.
Robert Newham of Charles Topham Group said: “Our investment in the speculative office buildings demonstrates our confidence that the fortunes of this area of Bolton will change over the coming years.
“We believe that this development and others that will follow our lead will generate new jobs for local people and radically alter this key gateway site to the town.”
The buildings will be available either leasehold or freehold.
