Miller Developments, in a joint venture with its local partner TK Development, has obtained full planning permission for its Premier Outlet Center in Ringsted, Denmark.
The Premier Outlet Center will be built on a 19-acre site, about 45 minutes from Copenhagen, and will provide 11,650 sq m (125,000 sq ft) of prime factory outlet retail space.
This is the second factory outlet scheme under the Premier Outlet Center banner and follows Miller’s POC scheme in Budapest, Hungary which has fully let its first phase and is now on site developing the second phase with the third and final phase in the pipeline.
David Carver, associate director at Miller Developments, said: “Now that planning permission for the development at Ringsted has been received, we can start work on site immediately.
“Pre-letting is already well underway with almost 50% of the units either pre let or under offer.”
Completion of the scheme is expected in spring 2007.
