Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has announced the completion of its acquisition of specialist agent Rogers Chapman, as tipped by EG earlier this month.
Alastair Hughes, Jones Lang LaSalle’s European CEO, said: “This acquisition is in line with our business development strategy to achieve greater market penetration and to improve the level of service to our clients.
“Rogers Chapman’s proven expertise in core areas of agency, corporate advice, capital markets and professional and management services complements our existing teams and will further enhance our already strong capabilities in the South East.”
John Izett, Managing Director of Rogers Chapman said: “Rogers Chapman’s skill base across a wide range of services and strong market position in the West London and Thames Valley markets will be significantly enhanced by combining with the national and international reach and complementary skills of Jones Lang LaSalle.”
