Stocks in British property companies have enjoyed heady performances on the stock market as yield-hungry investors have pushed the value of office blocks and shopping centres through the roof.
The Daily Telegraph provides a bullish commentary on the sector in spite of the recent panic on the market. It notes that Land Securities and British Land both reported surges in the value of around 30% as did smaller rival Great Portland Estates.
