Crownstone European Properties is to list on Euronext Amsterdam in June.
Crownstone, which is based in Guernsey, said it planned to use the proceeds raised through the listing to invest €1.28bn in France, Germany, Italy, Finland and the Netherlands.
The company’s current strategy is to invest primarily in office properties located in European cities.
Cambridge Place Investment Management will be appointed as Crownstone’s investment manager.
Morgan Stanley is the sole global coordinator and is joint bookrunner with Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.
