ICICI OneSource will open a call centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland, next month.
It plans to open another in the province’s northwest.
Industry experts said it was a clear sign that banks and financial companies were starting to rethink offshoring in remote locations.
ICICI is an Indian call centre company that derives half its global revenues from services for UK clients.
