KW Linfoot has secured two new tenants for its mixed-use West Point development in Leeds.
The Leeds Co-op has signed a 15-year lease to occupy 3,000 sq ft at £70m redevelopment of the former Royal Mail building.
The store, which will open in September, will be the Co-Op’s first shop in the city centre.
New restaurant Breeze has also signed up to the scheme taking a 2,500 sq ft store adjacent to the Co-Op.
