Advantage West Midlands has set up a fast-track appraisal process to ensure that its £12m of gap funding is used before European regulations governing assisted areas change.
The RDA hopes the scheme will encourage developers to apply for grants for parts of the region that will no longer qualify for funding after 1 January.
