Bolton-based Townson Estates has purchased its fifth industrial unit at a Telford business park.
The property investment company bought the 100,000 sq ft unit, on the Stafford Park site for £500,000 from Blacket Turner and Co.
The Stafford Park unit, located alongside J5 of the M54 in the West Midlands, is let to Dutch electronic suppliers group Hagemeyer UK.
Townson Estates has commercial property in 20 locations in the Midlands and the North West, including a shopping precinct at Blackhall Yard in Kendal and Mount Heath Industrial Estate in Prestwich.
