Chesterton has named Robert Bartlett chief executive.
Owners Vincent Tchenguiz and CIC Group are keen to expand the group worldwide with a £6m investment programme.
Bartlett is former chief executive of Cluttons’ residential division. He takes over from David Taylor, who was most recently managing director.
