Grosvenor unveils more of its vision for Liverpool One

Grosvenor has unveiled its latest images of what Liverpool One, its £900m city centre regeneration scheme, will look like on completion in 2008.

The 1.4m sq ft project is now 55% let, with Oasis, Superdrug, and Game signing up to join New Look, Sports World, Virgin Megastores, Nike and Scotts.

The retail quarter will be focused on South John Street (pictured here), which will be anchored by department stores John Lewis and Debenhams.

Other retailers taking space at Liverpool One include Karen Millen, Office, HMV, Barratts, Ernest Jones, H Samuel, River Island, O2 and Orange.

Upon completion, Liverpool One will comprise 1.4m sq ft of retail space, a 14-screen Odeon multiplex cinema, 230,000 sq ft of restaurants, cafés and bars, more than 600 new flats, two hotels, offices, a revitalised five acre park, and a new public transport interchange.
