Australian shopping centre group Westfield has signed Barneys New York to open its first overseas location at its White City development in west London.
Manhattan institution Barneys will be the anchor of a mini-mall within the shopping centre, called West Village, that will be devoted to designer brands.
Other retailers thought to have signed include Tiffany, the jewellery store.
