The speedy slowdown in US house price inflation has continued.
According to the National Association of Home Builders, the average new home sale price in July was up only 0.3% on the year before, down from 9.8% in January.
Annual house price inflation for existing homes fell from 12.6% to 1.5% over the same period, the NAHB estimates.
