Jessops has agreed to buy MacKinnons of Dyce for £815,000.
MacKinnons owns 20 photographic stores in Northern Ireland and Scotland trading as Photo Factory and CS Boyne.
The deal will bring the total number of Jessop’s stores in Scotland to 35 and to eight in Northern Ireland.
