Cheshire-based Pochin Developments has secured planning permission for a hotel and office development in Crewe, Cheshire.
The Emperor Court scheme, on Electra Way, includes 85,000 sq ft of offices as well as a 112-bedroom Ramada hotel, which will provide Crewe’s first four-star offering.
Pochin is already active in the area, having recently completed a JW Lees Pub, Travelodge and Bannatyne Fitness Centre at its Gateway site, close to Emperor Court.
