Property finance specialist dd2group has appointed Perry Kurash managing director of Dawnay Day Finance, its main division. The appointment of Kurash who joined the group as a director in 2002 coincides with the decision of the group’s founders David Birchenall and Douglas Gordon to concentrate on the group’s new business strategy of creating a co-investment arm.
