National Grid UK Pension Scheme has let the last space at it 54,500 sq ft Midas office scheme in Woking.
Menzies accountants have taken 9,000 sq ft at £23 per sq ft.on a 10-year lease with 14 months rent free at the Goldsworth Road building.
The accountanting practice joins tenants including VNU Media, Centex, TMD Friction, and Pioneer Natural Resources.
Simon Fitch, South East office agent with Atisreal said: “Despite tough market conditions, the spate of recent deals at Midas have shown there is a desire for quality product, in strong town centre locations.”
Atisreal were agents for National Grid.
