Bik Bok finds fashionable home in W1

Norwegian youth fashion chain Bik Bok has taken a flagship store on London’s Oxford Street, W1.

The retailer has acquired the former Dolcis store at 181-183 Oxford Street from Scottish Widows.

It has taken 8,600 sq ft on a 15-year lease at £765,000 pa.

The store will be the chain’s third in the UK, after Covent Garden and the Lakeside shopping centre.

Bik Bok, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, wants to expand to 15 stores across the UK over the next three years.

The chain is owned by Norwegian retail giant Varner Group. CBRE advised Scottish Widows.
