Linden Homes has won planning consent for its 129-unit Essence development, on a former Dovercourt garage on Bristol’s Cheltenham Road.
The scheme, within the Montpelier conservation area, will also involve the restoration of Crofton House and The Limes, historic buildings on the site.
The architect is Barlow Henley.
