Pavilion Insurance Network said it has received an offer from its chairman, Andrew Selby, on behalf of his pension fund MC Nominees Ltd, to acquire a property owned by the Pavilion unit PIN Properties.
MC Nominees was prepared to spend £247,500 cash for the properties.
