Warner Estate Holdings and Bank of Scotland have acquired the 195,800 sq ft Unipart warehouse on Magna Park in Leicestershire, for £18.25m.
The deal, on behalf of their Radial Distribution Fund, reflects a net initial yield of 5.92%.
Purchased from clients of CB Richard Ellis Investors, the unit on the 500-acre distribution park is let to Unipart Logistics for a further 7 years.
This acquisition continues the expansion of the Radial Distribution Fund, taking its assets under management to over £300m.
