Frankfurt Airport scheme secures KPMG office pre-let

International audit and consulting firm KPMG are taking a 323,000 sq ft pre-let at the Airrail Center at Frankfurt Airport in Germany.

KPMG joins the Hilton which was signed as a hotel operator for two hotels covering 363,000 sq ft and a medical centre who have taken 39,000 sq ft.

The Airrail Centre – a 1.5m sq ft development which includes hotel, office and retail space – is now 50% pre-let.

The project, which is connected to Frankfurt Airport and the long-distance railway station, has been jointly designed by IVG Immobilien and the airport operator Fraport.

Andreas Barth, member of the Board of Directors of IVG Immobilien, said: “In KPMG, we have been able to attract a renowned global company as a tenant for our high-quality office space.

“As an internationally active consulting company, KPMG will benefit in particular from the unique advantages offered by the location of the property.”
