American commercial property service provider NAI Global has expanded its operations in China.
The New Jersey-based company has joined forces with Yuxing Real Estate, a property firm in the Zhejiang Province, located on China’s eastern coast.
The firm, now known as NAI Yuxing, will be NAI’s fourth office in China and the company intends to expand to nine offices by mid-2007.
NAI Yuxing’s clients include leading corporations and property owners, including Guoxiu Finery, Songdu Group, MetersBonwe and City Chain Hotel.
NAI global president and COO Jeffrey M Finn said: “The addition of NAI Yuxing enhances our coverage in one of China’s fastest-growing markets, and positions us to better serve corporate end users and investors with interests in the region.”
NAI Global has 350 offices in more than 45 countries and completes more than $40bn (£20bn) in annual transaction volume.
