BP completes 68,000 sq ft letting in Staines

BP has signed for 68,000 sq ft on a sublease at UK chemical company Ineos’s offices at Compass Point on Kingston Road, Staines. The deal for the petroleum giant’s BP Angola arm is understood to have finally signed this week after negotiations began in the summer of last year. BP is understood to be paying around £22 per sq ft at German fund manager III’s Compass Point. The deal follows BP’s move back into 70,000 sq ft at 4 Longwalk Road at Stockley Park in Heathrow more than a year ago. Cushman & Wakefield advised BP and Ineos.
