Miller Birch has revealed plans for the third phase of speculative development at its popular ng2 business park in Nottingham.
The developer has just started work on site for the 32,000 sq ft Cirrus building which is due for completion in the autumn.
This building forms part of the next phase of development at ng2 which also includes phase three of the pavilion style office campus – The Triangle.
Ng2 continues to dominate Nottingham’s out-of-town office market, due to the lack of new grade A office space in the city’s traditional core.
