Urban Life Developments is to submit a planning application for a mixed-use riverside scheme on a 1.23-acre site in Shoreham, West Sussex.
The proposed scheme will include a hotel, homes, leisure facilities and a waterfront piazza.
Managing director of Urban Life Developments Philip Foster said: “I am incredibly happy with the results.
“This site has been earmarked for regeneration for quite some time and it was imperative to develop a building that met the aspirations outlined by Adur council and secured the support of the local community.”
Subject to planning, construction will begin June 2007. The scheme is expected to be complete by summer 2009.
