Tesco confirms 850,000 sq ft Leeds distribution depot prelet

Tesco has confirmed its prelet at Sterling St James’ 850,000 sq ft distribution depot at Centreport Park in Goole, Leeds. The supermarket giant has taken a 25-year-lease at rent of £4 per sq ft at the £65m shed, which is expected to be ready by October. Knight Frank, DTZ and Gent Visick advised Centreport; Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Tesco.
