Developer Grosvenor has confirmed that Topshop has signed for a 65,000 sq ft unit at its Liverpool One scheme, which will be Topshop’s largest

It will house the full range of Topshop and Topman lines, including the Kate Moss clothing range and vintage collections.
The move follows the £40m acquisition by Grosvenor from LaSalle Investment Management of the

Grosvenor recently completed handover on John Lewis’s 240,000 sq ft anchor store, while handover of the 185,000 sq ft Debenhams store is expected next month.
The company says 640,000 sq ft of the 1.4m total retail space is let.
Grosvenor recently announced a £140m loss on the scheme, blamed partly on the need to open by early next year, when
Cushman & Wakefield, Strutt & Parker and Tushingham Moore are letting agents.
