LSH merges Thames Valley offices

Lambert Smith Hampton has merged its two East Thames Valley offices.

The agent’s Maidenhead and Slough offices will combine to form an enlarged office in Maidenhead. The expanded office will continue agency work and add increased consultancy services to clients in the region.

LSH has been involved with the two biggest office lettings in the Western Corridor in the past year.

The Yell Group, advised by LSH, is on the verge of moving its UK headquarters to PRUPIM’s Green Park on the outskirts of Reading, where it is eyeing sublet of 150,000 sq ft from Cisco Systems.

The letting would be the largest in the region since electronics giant Siemens, advised by LSH, took 183,000 sq ft at Development Securities’ and Invista’s Frimley Square in September of last year.

Chief executive Mark Rigby said: “LSH is growing its business to provide our clients with an even stronger and more comprehensive range of services delivered through our unrivalled national network.

“Uniting these teams in Maidenhead provides a platform for expanding the team further and boosting the service lines that we can deliver in the East Thames Valley. We expect the move to be good for our business and good for our clients.”
