Richard Clarke has been appointed head of housing at not-for-profit/affordable living organisation Derwent Living.
Clarke, formerly housing policy analyst at the Building and Social Housing Foundation, will be in charge of various aspects of delivery of service to Derwent Living residents, overseeing around 40 members of staff based at the head office in
His remit will include tenancy management, rent recovery, customer services, home ownership and community development.
Commenting on his new role, Clarke said: “My most recent work has focused on highlighting good practice in order to encourage higher standards of housing and stronger communities.”
