Henry Boot Developments has been given planning permission for the final stage in its 220,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme at The Axis in Nottingham city centre.
The developer has received permission for The Poynt, a 17,900 sq ft office building, with five floors and on-site parking.
Work is due to start in September this year, after the completion of a construction tender process.
Joint agents HEB and George Hallam & Sons are to commence marketing in the near future.
