The debt package will enable Velocity to refinance existing debt and complete construction by 2008.
Work on the first phase began in mid-2005 with the development of 132 houses, 34,500 sq ft of offices and 140 car parking spaces.
Two further phases are under construction comprising 298 luxury apartments, 450 underground car parking spaces, and two office blocks of 67,000 sq ft and 27,000 sq ft respectively.
