Persimmon Homes has gained consent for an £89m housing and leisure scheme in Cleveland, North Yorkshire.
Coastham Links will include 200 flats, 140 homes and a leisure complex on the 35 acre coastal site to the west of
The proposals also include highways and infrastructure improvements.
Peter Jordan, regional projects director of Persimmon Homes, said: “The seafront site offers huge potential for tourist and leisure trade that is currently under utilised, and there is no doubt that it will create a sustainable environment and act as a major catalyst for urban regeneration in and around the Redcar region.”
