Irish property company Howard Holdings is planning to build 141 flats and 20,000 sq ft of shops across two regeneration schemes in Croydon town centre.
The projects, designed by architect AWW, will see the telephone exchange and Bridgehouse redeveloped into 66 flats for sale and 75 affordable homes, with an estimated total end-value of £25m.
