CI Traders chairman Tom Scott will acquire part of the group’s property portfolio.
The transaction forms part of a deal in which a private equity consortium led by Duke Street Capital will take over the Channel Islands conglomerate for £260m.
Scott has committed to sell his 16% stake in the consortium.
