PRUPIM has put its 160,000 sq ft Maylord shopping centre in Hereford on the market through Cushman & Wakefield for £40m – a 5.5% initial yield.
The part-leasehold, part-freehold mall is anchored by TK Maxx, Next and TopShop.
Modus, Centros Miller and Stanhope, which have been shortlisted for the first phase of the £1bn redevelopment of Hereford, are all expected to bid.
